PRIMARY school pupils will play their part today in raising money to help the victims of the Indian earthquake.
It was after watching the disaster unfold on television that a group of year six boys at Shotton Primary School, near Peterlee, County Durham, decided to do something to help.
Glenn Robinson, ten, and Jamie Mawhinney, 11, asked fellow pupils to take in unwanted games, toys and books to sell in a bring-and-buy sale.
All money raised will be sent to the earthquake appeal.
