A FREE CD giving advice on healthy lifestyles will soon be available to businesses and other organisations.
The CD, entitled First Steps to Health, has been produced by Tees Health Authority and Teesside University in a project funded by Health Action Zone Teesside.
It contains advice on subjects including diet, exercise and how to stop smoking, as well as sections on men's and women's health. There is also information about health and community groups and details of useful web sites.
Tees Health Authority chief executive Mike Farrar said: "It was a valuable way of helping employers create healthy workplaces as well as benefitting individuals."
A total of 5,000 copies of the CD, which has been produced in association with Tees Valley Ltd, will be available in April or May.
