For the first time this year Durham County FC were able to complete their scheduled fixtures in the Russell Foster Youth League.

The U10 Hays lost 3-0 at East Boldon Hornets with Marc Hollingsworth winning man of the match. The U10 Hays won 3-0 against Easington with Hollingsworth, Josh Tulip, Thomas Ellis scoring while Hollingsworth also won another man of the match award. The U10 Bees won 2-0 against Coxhoe. Scorers: Matthew Richardson, MoM Martin Lannon. The U10 Bees lost 3-2 at East Durham with Martin Richardson scoring twice and Martin Lannon taking the man of the match accolade.

Durham County U10s hold a fundraising coffee afternoon on Saturday at Durham Town Hall between 1.15pm and 4.15pm.

The U11s, presently top of the third division, continued their successful run with a 4-1 win against Birtley St. Joseph's. Scorers were MoM Tony Gibson (3) and Joe Welsh.

The U12s narrowed the gap to within two points at the top of the first division with a magnificent 2-1 victory over joint leaders Barnes Youth.

Despite falling behind mid-way through the first half, they hit back to equalise through Joe Marley. In a hard fought game County were always the stronger team and deservedly Chris Buckingham got the winner in what was an excellent performance. Man of the macthw was William Dias.

The U13s recorded County's highest score of the weekend with a 9-0 victory against Peterlee Youth. Scorers were Kyle Elliott (MoM, 4), Robert Coltham, Paul Blackmore, Steven Gurnaccio, Dean Dunn, Matthew Christopher.

The U14s were well under par - losing a first division match 2-1 against Washington Envelopes. Despite taking the lead through Scott Jenkins in the first-half the, Washington always had the upper hand. MoM: Colin Wilkinson.

The U15s lost 2-1 against first division joint leaders Washington. County went a goal down in the first five minutes, but their tenacity and commitment saw them grab a deserved equaliser just before half-time through Darren Niles.
