A CARE centre is about to take to the road to show the communities of Sedgefield borough what it is all about.
The Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe has proved a major success since it opened last year.
To promote itself, a series of one-day roadshows will be held around the borough.
The first free event is at Trimdon Village Hall, on Monday, March 5, from 10am to 3pm. It is organised by Trimdon 2000, Princess Royal Trust Carers Centre, Age Concern County Durham and Health Promotion.
The borough's Health Express, launched by Prime Minister Tony Blair in December, will also be present with a mobile exhibition and resource unit.
