AN inquest into the death of a young car valet has been opened in Darlington.
Mystery still surrounds the death of Barry Geldard, 21, after he returned home after a night out clubbing on Teesside on Saturday, February 17.
Mr Geldard, who had only been working at the town's Reg Vardy garage for five weeks before his death, lived in Bolton Close, Darlington.
Police were called to a house in Chandos Street, Darlington, at 6.20am on Sunday, where his body was found.
Coroner Colin Penna adjourned yesterday's hearing, at Darlington Coroner's Court, for further tests to be carried out
