AN INQUEST opened yesterday into the death of a man in bed and breakfast accommodation.
The body of John Scott Wallace was found at the Country View Guest House, Durham City, after police were called to the Claypath premises on Saturday.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of 33-year-old Mr Wallace, who was from Jarrow, South Tyneside.
Yesterday's hearing, in Durham City, was adjourned by North Durham coroner Andrew Tweddle to be concluded at a later date.
