A GROUP of pupils have raised more than £200 to help less fortunate children.
Pupils from Polam Hall School, Darlington, raised the money through the international Christian organisation World Vision's Orange-a-peel.
The appeal aims to raise £1.2m for deprived children worldwide, providing them with clean water, basic health care, food, education and homes.
The idea to take part in the appeal came from Polam Hall Junior School pupils Scarlet Harris and Tamsin Edwards, aged ten.
