THE first tenants of an award-winning housing project have moved into their home.
Annette Stangoe and her children Christine, Shaun and twins Rachel and Michelle, are the first to move into the development at Stilton Close, Dormanstown.
The development of flats, houses, and bungalows for the disabled is a first for Teesside, and has come about through a partnership of North British Housing Association, Carillion Housing and Browne Baker Architects.
The scheme has won an award for taking environmental impact into account
