VOLUNTEERS are being given a number of opportunities to give blood in the Darlington and South West Durham area this month.
Sessions are being held at Bishop Auckland, Crook, Darlington, Ferryhill, Newton Aycliffe, Sedgefield and Shildon.
Donors wishing to attend any of the session is advised to telephone 0845 7711711 in advance to confirm the time and venue.
All are scheduled for 3pm to 7pm, except the session at St Cuthbert's Church Centre, Darlington, on Tuesday, March 20, which runs from 2pm to 7pm.
Other sessions: Bishop Auckland - Thursday in the drama suite, Bishop Auckland College, Woodhouse Lane. Crook - tomorrow, Civic Hall. Darlington - today, Haughton Workingmen's Club; Thursday, March 15, Harrowgate Hill Methodist Church, Lowson Street. Ferryhill - next Monday, March 12, Ferryhill Leisure Centre, Lambton Road. Newton Aycliffe - Thursday, March 29, St Clare's Church, St Cuthbert's Way. Sedgefield - Wednesday, March 21, Ceddesfeld Hall, Rectory Row. Shildon - Friday, March 30, Methodist Church, Main Street
