SCHOOLCHILDREN will enjoy free trips to the cinema as part of the March Into Movies series organised by Film Education.
The films have been chosen to support the increasing use of film within the National Curriculum.
Three Newcastle cinemas - the Odeon, Warner Village and Tyneside - are taking part in the scheme.
Movies include Thirteen Days, starring Kevin Costner, in a recreation of the 1962 Cuban Missile crisis.
