VOLUNTEERS in County Durham have a chance to air their views at a series of lunchtime seminars planned for next week.
The sessions are organised by One Voice Network, a collective of community organisations raising awareness of the voluntary sector and lobbying on its behalf.
The Elite, in Crook, is hosting one of the sessions on March 15.
The seminars start at noon and are free, although places must be booked in advance by calling the network's development officer Gillian Fortune on (01429) 823067.
She said: "Voluntary groups are having a tremendous impact in County Durham.
"We hope that, as a result of these events, people will be aware of that contribution and how it impacts on wider regeneration initiatives."
