A SERIES of traffic calming measures are to be introduced in an east Cleveland town next week.
The move follows a massive consultation exercise with residents.
The programme is a result of work done to create the Brotton and Skelton bypass and mean that various measures will be introduced in Skelton, Brotton and Saltburn.
Consultation with residents has taken place in all three places and, next week, work is scheduled to get under way in Skelton.
The work will involve the temporary use of traffic signals in the village all next week while the work is completed in Station Lane, near to Skelton Infant School and Skelton Junior School.
