A FORMER security officer at York Magistrates' Court is accused of stalking his ex-partner.
Lionel Eric Robson, 54, of Lang Avenue, Tang Hall, York, denied three charges when he appeared before Harrogate magistrates yesterday.
He is accused of harassing Lisa Senior, between December 8 and January 11, by following her in his car, visiting her work place, and going to her home while banned from contact by an order imposed by York magistrates on December 8.
Mr Robson also faces two charges of breaching the order by making a telephone call to Ms Senior on Christmas Day, and another on New Year's Day.
He elected trial on the breach charges.
The third alleged offence can only be heard in a magistrates court. The case was adjourned until April 9 and he was bailed.
