DAY trippers will find a mine of information in east Cleveland next week.
The Tom Leonard Mining Museum at Skinningrove is reopening for its summer season after being closed for the winter.
A new team of volunteer guides has been trained to give visitors a tour of the underground world of the area's ironstone past, from next Monday.
Although the museum has been closed to the public, conservation work was carried out, to maintain the museum's collection of tools and leatherwork.
