ARTIST Angela McCall, above, was yesterday putting the finishing touches to an exhibition at one of the National Trust's treasured properties.
Despite the foot-and-mouth restrictions elsewhere in North Yorkshire, Nunnington Hall, near Helmsley, opens for the new season tomorrow.
And to get it under way Angela, a local artist from Pickering, is staging a colourful one-woman show at the 16th Century country home.
The exhibition, Waltz of Flowers, features watercolours of blooms of all shapes and sizes.
