A LIST of walks in the area that are still open has been issued by Darlington Borough Council.
Parts of or the whole of the following are open: Cemetery Lane and Nunnery Lane, the east side of Baydale Beck, the Black Path at Faverdale, Rear Branksome, River Skerne banks, Mill Lane Bridge at Red Hall, old Stockton and Darlington track bed at Haughton Road, Hundens Lane to McMullen Road, Green Lane, through the Lingfield Industrial Estate, Salters Lane, west of the A66 bypass, Stressholme, embankment walk at Neasham, a short length of the river embankment at Middleton One Row, the Baydale Beck pub to Low Coniscliffe and Neasham Road to Salters Lane South.
