DALES residents have drawn up wish lists for the future of their communities - and have placed transport and nature issues at the top of the agenda.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority has published feedback reports for Upper Wensleydale, Dentdale and Upper Wharfe-dale.
The documents are the result of wide-ranging public consultations, which were carried out last year as part of the authority's Area Actions initiative.
About 400 people took the chance to tell the authority what improvements they would like to see carried out in their area.
Kathryn Beardmore, regional manager at the authority, said: "The reports contain literally hundreds of ideas, from proposals to restore walls and barns to plans for the better disposal of silage bale wrap.
"There are also plans for more regular buses, traffic calming, native woodland planting, working on different areas' rights of way and, amongst other things, proposals to better educate the public about the countryside."
