A JURY begins the second day of its deliberations in a North-East murder trial today.
Yesterday, the jury spent more than five hours considering their verdict in the case of Roy Campbell, who is standing trial at Teesside Crown Court accused of murdering his neighbour Ronald Hanley.
Last night, Judge Peter Fox sent the jury home, to continue today.
Mr Campbell, 61, of Oakerside Park, Peterlee, County Durham, is accused of killing Mr Hanley, at Elm Tree Caravan Park, Hartlepool, in April last year, where they both lived.
He denies murder.
