YOUNGSTERS in Guisborough have a change of venue for Easter events because of foot-and-mouth closures.
Countryside wardens from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council organised a feast of festive Easter fun for children in the market town this week.
The events included two craft sessions which showed how difficult it is for birds to make nests.
The youngsters got the chance to make a takeaway chocolate nest and join in a decorated egg competition.
Holiday events normally take place at the Guisborough Forest and Walkway but the centre is currently closed because of foot-and-mouth restrictions so the events took place in Guisborough Library.
