RESIDENTS are to have a say in planning a park for the future.
Some parents have declared Glebe Park, Middlesbrough, out of bounds to their children following the discovery of hypodermic needles used by drug addicts.
Now, the area is to be transformed, with the help of a £15,000 grant from the Barclays Bank group, and the University of Teesside is carrying out a survey among families to find what people want in the park.
