A BUILDER denied assaulting a colleague and damaging a metal chain, before Bow Street magistrates, London yesterday.
John Barclay, 42, of Chatham Road, Hartlepool, was bailed to appear in court on May 25.
He is accused of grabbing Matthew Harlow around the neck and pushing him against a wall on a building site in Mayfair, London, on April 10. The chain, belonging to Mr Harlow was damaged in the incident.
Mr Barclay denies criminal damage and assault.
