BUILDING surveyors Peter Fall Cowie has invested in new premises on Teesside.
The company is opening premises at Preston Farm, Stockton, for 12 staff, with room for expansion.
Peter Fall Cowie has been in the North-East for more than 25 years, with offices in Newcastle, Darlington and Durham.
Founded in 1974, the practice has managed numerous large projects in the Teesside area, including the Cenargo logistics centre, in Eaglescliffe, and Middleton Hall retirement home, in Middleton St George.
It offers a full range of property management and design services.
Stephen Chappell, partner at the Stockton office, said: "We are pleased to reinforce our commitment to the region with this move to new offices.
"The area of operation and the workload of the practice has increased dramatically over the years, and we felt it was time to relocate.
"Our gradual rate of expansion over the past few years has opened up a variety of creative ventures for our business and presented the opportunity to move to the business park.
"Having started the New year on such a high note, we intend to maintain these high standards of service."
