Auckland and District Ebac Youth League
Bishop Auckland kept their six-point lead at the top with Saturday's 4-1 win at West Auckland, the game played at Tudhoe. Neil Robinson and Warren Burn scored two goals apiece for Bishops, whose mom was Andrew Lee. Gavin Bell replied for West.
Chilton YC strengthened second place by beating visitors Barnard Castle 6-0 with goals from Karl Wills, Chris Mason, Michael McGowan, Brian Jones and substitute Andrew Barrett (2).
The league ordered Crook Town and Esh Winning to play both their league cup qualifying round fixtures on the same evening with the back-to-back games, both 35 minutes each way, played at Crook with the first counting as Esh's home fixture.
Crook won both matches 1-0 to go equal top of Group A with leaders Chilton YC. Daniel Thompson scored in the first game, Ian Currie in the second.
Next day, Esh lost 7-0 at home to Ferryhill Athletic, a third league cup defeat in two days. Ferryhill doubled their points tally with goals from MoM Paul Bailes (3), Steven Wharrier (2), Chris Mulkerin and Kevin Hodgson.
Willington reached their second cup final with a 3-2 home victory against West Auckland in the semi-finals of the Lady Eden Hospital Cup. Max Applegarth, Steven Howe and Jason Howe were on target for Willington, who were 2-1 down at one stage. Kevin Shoulder and Lee Lamb scored for West.
Crook Town are at home to Chilton YC in the other Lady Eden semi-final on April 28.
Willington will meet Crook in the final of the South West Durham President's Cup after beating Chilton on penalties in their semi-final. Crook beat Bishop Auckland 1-0 in the other semi-final.

Hetton Youth League
HERRINGTON enjoyed an extremely successful weekend, following up their 4-0 victory over Springwell in the final of the League Cup by defeating Lumley in the semi-final of the Sunderland Eye Infirmary Cup.
Lumley, fielding a weakened side, conceded a first-half goal to Gavin Cogden and there was no way back for the Cestrians when Stephen Copeland put Herrington 2-0 up. The result was effectively settled with a third goal from Jamie Bennett.
Herrington will play Springwell in what promises to be a closely-fought final.
Following a ten-goal thriller, Springwell saw off the challenge of Springboard by a 6-4 margin.
Ryan Muter, with a brace, Peter Simmons, Scott Robertson, Alan Lamb and Dan Clark netted for Springwell with David Whittle, George Cogdin, Simon Green and Gavin Dickinson among the goals for Springboard.
New County North Durham Youth League
FELLING lifted the league shield in style when they hammered Hebburn Clegwell 9-1. Paul MacDonald (3), Daniel Graham (2), Stephen Brown, Chris Simpson, Kenneth Bell and Jimmy Kerr all found the net while Bren McEwan hit Hebburn's consolation.
Consett will play Hebburn Clegwell in the final of the Edward Wanless Cup. The Steelmen defeated Felling 3-1 with goals by David Lumley, John Lister and David Edgar. Stephen Brown replied for Felling.
The other semi-final tie was even more clear-cut as Waldridge Park bowed out losing 3-0 to Hebburn Clegwell for whom Craig Gardner scored a hat-trick.
In the Under-17 Division, Consett still lead despite being held to a goalless draw by Dunston Federation. Harton and Westoe just had the edge on Derwent Valley, winning a five-goal thriller 3-2, thanks to strikes by Craig Bell, Michael Ord and Johnnie Wightman. David Rogers scored twice for Derwent Valley.
Gary Taylor was another player to bag a brace of goals in South Tyneside's 2-1 victory over Sandhole, for whom Craig Morgan responded while Blackfyne and South Shields were involved in an exciting 3-3 draw.
Paul Haggan, Richard Foster and Dean Leathby were all on the mark for Blackfyne with Jordan Sharp, David Robinson and Andrew Hart finding the net for the Shieldsmen.
A and C Kelly Gateshead Youth League
REDHEUGH are four points ahead of Leam Rangers A in the Under-11 Division following their 5-0 victory at Quarrington Hill when David Meek bagged a brace of goals.
A hat-trick by Chris Dixon was insufficient for Winlaton who were held to a 5-5 draw at Chopwell and a brace of goals from Chris Noble featured in a 3-2 success for Leam Rangers B over Felling.
Chris Tyre also scored twice when Low Fell B saw off the challenge of Sandhole by a 3-0 margin while Adam Heworth struck four times in Low Fell A's 5-1 success visiting Blackfyne.
In the Under-12 section, Sandhole edged Chopwell 2-1 and when Shaun Docherty scored twice, he played the leading part in Blackfyne's 4-1 win against Felling.
Michael Banks and Jamie Ridley scored two goals apiece in Whickham Glebe's runaway 7-0 victory at Witton Gilbert and an only goal by Winlaton was sufficient in their home game with Consett. Redheugh and Cleveland Hall fought out a goalless draw.
At Under-13 level, Consett and Redheugh shared the points in a 1-1 draw and Blackfyne and Leam Rangers ended 3-3. Chris O'Rourke twice found the net for Blackfyne and Liam Grant bagged a brace for Rangers.
In the Under-14 Division, Consett romped to a 9-4 win at Felling when most of the goals were scored by Scott Reay (4), Simon Thompson (2) and Daniel Stewart (2).
David Icon and Ryan Herron were both twice on the mark for Felling.
Winlaton won 3-1 at Wylam, Redheugh hit Blaydon with a 5-0 defeat when Craig Singh struck twice and hat-tricks from Curtis Wooff and Chris Wilson enabled
Leam Rangers to see off the challenge of Sandhole by a 9-0 margin.
At Under-15 level Leam Rangers still have a 100 per cent record after 21
matches but their game at Wear Valley was in danger of being abandoned because of a hailstorm. The match was held up for five minutes before Leam Rangers won by an only goal.
Gary Charlton (4), and Luke Toole (2) were the main scorers in Crookhall's 9-0 success at Wardley while Ricky Walton hit five goals when Blaydon defeated Dawdon 6-5.
David Caine twice found the net for Dawdon.
David Smith and Tony Thirkleld hit two goals apiece in Redheugh's 7-1 win at home to Swalwell and a hat-trick by Paul Forham was instrumental in South Shields Abfad defeating Spen Rovers 5-3.
