ONE of east Cleveland's largest employers has a new personnel officer.
Maxine Hamilton is the personnel officer for Cleveland Potash, at the Boulby Mine, and has a post-graduate certificate in human resource management.
Ms Hamilton joins the company after spending 17 months as a human resource advisor for B&Q's stores in Darlington and Washington. Before that she spent three years as general manager with Middlesbrough-based Saks and Midaswell, a Government-funded training organisation.
She takes over from Phil Eardley, who has retired after 19 years with the company and a total of 30 with parent company, Anglo American
