INTERNATIONAL football continues in the region tonight with a vital clash in the European under-16 championships.
Darlington FC's Feethams grounds hosts the Romania versus Germany match, while Durham City will host the Spain versus Belgium game this evening.
Romania and Germany made a losing start to the tournament, which kicked-off on Sunday, while Spain and Belgium take winning starts into tonight's fixture.
Romania lost 3-0 to Spain, one of the pre-tournament favourites, while Germany went down 2-1 to Belgium in an opening day shock.
The group format means that both teams will be desperate for a win to boost their chances of qualifying for the quarter-finals. Both games kick-off at 6.30pm,
Tonight's game will be Darlington fans' only glimpse of the Germans, but they will see the Romanians again when they play Belgium at Feethams on Thursday.
Admission price for all matches is £3 for adults and £1 for under-16s, with accompanied juniors admitted free.
