Ithe final game of the season the top two met with the champions, Crook Coach and Horses asserting their authority as they have throughout the season when they only dropped two points at runners-up, Tow Law New Market B. The Coach took the title by 56 points, while the Market B were 22 points ahead of the third placed, Crook Queen's Head.

Ithe first round there were two minor surprises when Crook Jelly's Bar edged through to an odd point win over the visiting Tow Law New Market A, who had finished well above them in the League.
