Crook Queen's Head A slipped to the foot of the First Division after they only took two points from the visiting Crook Travellers Rest A. The home points came from singles wins by Dougie Smailes and Neil Harker. The Travellers had singles wins from Stephen Todd, Colin Howe, Tony Storey and David Poulter with Tony Storey and Stephen Todd adding the doubles.

The First Division top spot is shared by Crook Royal Sun and Crook Travellers Rest B with Jelly's Bar A just a point behind. Top place in the Second Division is also shared with the Spitfire Club and Jelly's Bar B three points ahead of the Crook Surtees.

Willington and District League

Ithe top match of the week Willington Market moved up to share second place with the visiting Prospect Club following their good odd point win. The Prospect Club moved two ahead with wins from Lane Sample and Derek Peacock but the Market levelled with wins from Tommy Barrass and Trevor Thompson. In the decider the Market's Alan McAloon beat Ronnie Aiston.

Hunwick Club held on to the top spot in the table when they came back to win in the decider when Robert Todd beat Andy Irvine of the Black Horse Tavern to stay two points ahead of the Market and the Prospect Club.
