A TWO-tonne brick clay sculpture has been given a new home at a Consett school.
The Four Apostles, created by Neil Wolstenholme, of Durham, and Kinga Rathonyi, from Budapest, has been moved from Scotland to The Grove Primary School - at the request of pupils.
It had to relocated because the Edinburgh lecturer whose garden it previously stood in had moved house.
Neil, 33, is a former artist-in- residence at the school and is now performing the same role at the British School of Brussels. Other pieces of his work are already on display at the school.
The school's 200 youngsters asked for the sculptures to be displayed there.
