ANOTHER municipal year comes to an end in Richmond this evening when the town council holds its final meeting of the annual term at the town hall.
Traditionally, it is an opportunity for the public to have their say on the authority's performance in the last 12 months, while the authority refreshes its objectives for the coming year.
It will be Councillor John Harris's last meeting as mayor before handing over the chains of office to his deputy, Councillor Tom Burrows.
