Mark Evans scored 'Taps' deserved consolation. The other on-form keeper was Kevin Richardson for Hydro as they held Otter and Fish to a goalless draw. A late strike by Dave Brassell pinched the points for Sedgefield Athletic in their nip and tuck 4-3 encounter with Wheatsheaf Wanderers. Joe Honeyman opened for Sedgefield from the penalty spot followed by a double to Johnathan Craig, one either side of the interval. Wheatsheaf's Craig Chapman hit a pair with the other going to David Tate.
Jason and Andrew Ryder both scored as Turbinia overcame SCA 4-0, the other two goals from Wayne Pratt and Trevor Hewison. In the remaining game, a missed penalty when only one down proved costly for DGSOB as they were finally beaten 3-1 at Three Tuns. Mark Beck scored the Old Boys goal with Paul Gibson from the penalty spot, Ian Maddison and Wayne Clayton on target for Tuns. In midweek, there were wins for Deepdale, Otter and Fish, Three Tuns while Busters and Model T along with Hydro and DGSOB ended all square.
