MORE people will have the chance to sample higher education during a university's summer programme.
The University of Teesside, is holding a range of courses throughout June, July and August.
People wanting to find out more about what is on offer are invited to an advice and enrolment day in the university's student centre, behind the Dicken's pub, Middlesbrough, from 10.30am to 3pm on Saturday.
Tom Taylor, of the university's centre for lifelong learning, said: "The summer university is a new initiative, which offers small, bite-size programmes of study at higher education level.
"Daytime courses range from developing critical management skills and studying family history to introductions to the Internet."
