Tim Henman today charged into the semi-finals of the Stella Artois Championships at Queen's.
The British No2 was forced to dig deep before muscling past Paradorn Srichaphan 7-6 6-3.
Henman, the fourth seed, now faces a tough clash against tricky South African Wayne Ferreira, the '92 champion, tomorrow.
The battling Brit told the BBC: "I'm pleased to get through that.
"I didn't play at my best but I got a win and that's what counts.
"Ferreira's a very good grass court player so it should be a good game."
Henman set up victory against Thailand's Srichaphan by edging through the first set tiebreak 7-4.
He turned up the pressure in the second set to win it 6-3 and storm into the last four.
