Spennymoor Boxing Academy held their annual presentation evening on Saturday with Detective Superintendent Ray Mallon as guest of honour.
Awards were handed out to the club's most impressive performers over the last year with secretary Paul Hodgson hosting proceedings.
Middleweight Stuart McCrone took the most prestigious accolade by being named as Best Boxer.
He reached the ABA quarter finals before losing on points in Liverpool to England's Delroy Robinson.
Gary Reay took home the impressive Best Junior trophy. It was the second year running Reay took home the trophy, so big the club have nicknamed it the 'bird table'.
Gary Fox won the Best Prospect honour, while both Nathan Ballan and Brad Saunders took special merit honours as reward for winning national titles this season.
Chris Bowman won a special dedication to the club honour, Andy Hunter was named as most courageous boxer and the Best Rookie title was bestowed upon Shane McAloon.
Mallon kindly returned his speakers' fee which was donated to the Butterwick Hospice, as was a collection, instigated at the request of Mallon.
* Amongst the 200 crowd in the Whitworth Hall marquet were Micky Hopper who won a super-heavyweight ABA title for the club in 1992 at the Royal Albert Hall, and former club member Micky Thompson who is an unbeaten professional.
