CYCLING enthusiasts are being urged to get on their bikes for a coastal ride.
The Cleveland and Middlesbrough branch of the Leukaemia Research Fund is teaming up with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's Town Centre Management for Redcar's third Seaside Pedal Special, on Sunday, July 22.
Anyone who can ride a bike is welcome to take part.
The main route is about ten miles long, to and from Marske, using the Esplanade and the coast road, and there is a Toddlers' Challenge, through Lovetts Amusement Park.
Being run in conjunction with a National Bikeathon, the event starts at the Majuba Road car park, Redcar, at 11am.
All sponsorship money raised will go to the Leukaemia Research Fund.
