INTER-GALACTIC adventurers are descending on a famous beauty spot for a musical event by moonlight.
Music fans from across the region will be taking on an out-of-this-world look when they dress as aliens and space travellers for a concert at Fountains Abbey, near Ripon, North Yorkshire.
The Space Odyssey show will include a range of classical music by the City Concert Orchestra and Original Blend, who are playing pieces from the Planet Suite, Star Wars, Superman and Starlight Express.
The show will be performed on Friday, July 6, and is to be followed the next night by a Let's Salsa concert, featuring dance rhythms from the Caribbean and South America.
