PLANNERS are strongly recommending refusal of a scheme to build a three-storey five-bedroomed detached house in open countryside near a North Yorkshire stately home.
The development site is near Copgrove Hall, between Knaresborough and Burton Leonard, and plans also include a separate block with three garages and residential accommodation above.
Development of the site is being sought by Copgrove Hall Stud on land near an ice house for Copgrove Hall.
Knaresborough area planning committee of Harrogate Borough Council will consider the application on Tuesday.
