A SEASON of outdoor theatre events gets under way this month.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has unveiled details of three productions for its tenth consecutive season of outdoor theatre events.
The Tea Lawn at the Valley Gardens in Saltburn will be the setting for a production of Othello by travelling troupe Oddsocks from Tuesday, July 17 to Saturday, July 21. Performances nightly at 7.30pm with a 2pm matinee on Saturday. Tickets £7.50, £4.50 for concessions.
The open-air company Illyria return to the borough for two productions at Gisborough Priory. A Midsummer Night's Dream will be performed on Thursday, July 26 and Friday, July 27 and children's favourite Alice in Wonderland on Wednesday, August 15. Tickets are £7.50 or £4.50.
