THE musical talent and performance skills of pupils and staff at Ferryhill Comprehensive School were displayed during a summer concert.
The evening was compered by deputy headteacher Allan Fuller and organised by head of music John Hall.
There were performances by the school band, the school choir, small singing and dancing groups, instrumental groups, soloists and the school's two rock groups, Dry Ice and Butane.
The event culminated in a performance by the jazz/rock group Redemption, run by Mr Hall with two special guests - RE teacher Mike Simpson on vocals and year ten pupil Sarah Clark on alto saxophone.
