UPMARKET leisure operator Chorion is bringing its vibrant Tiger Tiger brand to Newcastle in Land Securities' first letting at its £70m The Gate urban entertainment centre.
Chorion will occupy a 25,000sq ft location fronting Newgate Street on the ground, mezzanine and first floors, and will comprise Tiger Tiger's range of themed caf bars and restaurants.
Roland Nevett, portfolio director at Land Securities, the UK's largest publicly-quoted property, development and investment company, said: "This is a very important letting for The Gate to one of the UK's leading leisure operators. Chorion epitomises the standard Land Securities is committed to achieving in terms of quality of tenant and quality of operation."
