Triple jump hero Jonathan Edwards fired a warning to his World Championship rivals after winning his eighth competition of the summer.
The Gateshead-based star leapt to victory in Stockholm with a jump of 17.40 metres.
A confident Edwards is now aiming for gold at the World Championships in Edmonton next month.
He said: "I am jumping well and there is very little pressure on me after winning the Olympic gold medal last year.
"But that doesn't mean to say that I have lost my appetite.
"I'm going to Edmonton for a victory - otherwise there is no reason to make the trip."
