ADULT learners will get the chance to show off their artistic achievements at an exhibition opening today.
Artists who have completed courses at Bishop Auckland College have submitted work for the show at the town's Discovery Centre, in the Market Place, until August 4.
The event has been organised by tutor Trish Hudson-Moses in appreciation of the hard work and enthusiasm of the artists, many of whom are exhibiting for the first time.
Mrs Hudson-Moses said: "Some of the exhibiting students have been learning for less than a year, but the standard of work and the level of commitment they have shown is a credit to all.''
Entry to the exhibition is free. For details contact the Discovery Centre on (01388) 662666.
