Durham and District League - Langley Park made a great win over the visiting First Division leaders, Leeholme, whose two points kept them ahead of Ever Ready/Craghead, who whitewashed their hosts at King George V. Crook Glenholme moved up to third place just a point adrift of the Craghead team.
There was a change at the top of the Second Division where Stockton moved to the top following their whitewash success over the neighbouring Stockton Elm Tree. Stockton now lead Brandon by three points. Willington Spectrum lead the Third Division by three points from Witton Gilbert with Murton a further five points adrift.
Pelton Fell went down at home by 61-75 against Coxhoe.

Newton Hall slipped to their third consecutive defeat when they travelled to Kelloe after being early Third Division leaders. Kelloe went through to an 81-64.
