POLICE have renewed their appeal for information about a man who disappeared while extremely distressed.
David Lee Mellor was last seen leaving his Middlesbrough home on July 11. He was wearing a three-quarter length tan leather jacket, a light blue, long-sleeved shirt, and cream trousers.
He is described as of medium build, 5ft 10in, with blue eyes and short, brown hair. He has a tattoo of an eagle on his left arm and the initials BASC on his right. He also has an octopus tattooed on his shoulder and wears a silver earring.
Cleveland Police are increasingly concerned for his welfare, and have contacted colleagues in Cumbria to ask for assistance, as Mr Mellor is known to have connections in Barrow-in-Furness.
Anyone with information should ring (01642) 303126.
