CHILDREN made the gruesome discovery of a cat that had been zipped in a holdall and dumped in a stream. The two girls who found the dead animal were left in an extremely distressed state after spotting the cat's ears poking out of the bag in a tributary of the River Wear in Chester-le-Street, County Durham
