FOOTBALL chairman and multi-millionaire George Reynolds makes no secret of his criminal past.
But Darlington players could not believe their eyes when the former safe cracker turned up for a pre-season photo-shoot dressed in a prison uniform - complete with ball and chain.
The controversial chipboard magnate often jokes about his time in jail in the 1960s before he made his fortune.
And yesterday, at the club's Feethams ground, he jumped at the chance to poke fun at his critics.
Reynolds, 64, is the 112th richest man in Britain with a fortune of £260m he built through his chipboard factory in Shildon, County Durham.
