E-COMELEON has appointed a new UK sales and marketing manager.
IAN HAMILTON, 42, takes up the post at the advanced imaging company from Omega Plastics, where he helped to build up a turnover of £3m in three years as sales director. Previously, he spent 11 years with Cadbury's Schweppes.
Mr Hamilton will be supported by new marketing assistant JULIA FRASER, 22, of Newcastle. She worked at the firm on her industrial placement while in her final year at Sunderland University, studying business and marketing.
JOHN HALL has joined safety and environmental consultant OHS Ltd, as an occupational hygiene consultant, offering technical expertise to a growing client base in the North-East. He will be based at the firm's offices at the Team Valley Business Park, Gateshead. Mr Hall joins from MIS, where he worked for 13 years.
TTE Management and Technical Training has made four new training appointments. BRIAN JOHNSON, TONY RUSSELL and KEN RICHARDS have been appointed as process trainers, while EDDIE MARSDEN is the new fabrication and welding trainer.
Advertising and design agency Fawthorp McLanders has made two new appointments. JULIA YOUNG joins the PR department from the Children North-East charity, where she was fundraising and public relations officer. She is joined by HELEN FERGUSON, as Mac designer.
Printing firm Gadbrook Press, Shildon, County Durham, has appointed JULIE RUMMERY as sales and marketing manager. She was previously European sales manager at Britton Decoflex, in Hartlepool.
