HIGH street retailer Woolworths will gain its own listing on the stock market later this month.
Retail company Kingfisher is floating the business, chaired by former Railtrack boss Gerald Corbett, to focus on growing its DIY and electrical brands.
Shares in the Woolworths group will begin trading on August 28, with a forecast price range of 30p to 40p, giving it a market value of up to £500m.
