BUSINESSES and organisations from all over east Durham are being invited to take part in a training and jobs fair.
This year's event will be held at Peterlee Leisure Centre, in St Cuthbert's Way, and will run from 10am to 3pm, on Wednesday, September 12.
The fair is being staged in partnership with Easington Action Team for jobs, and organisers hope to include all aspects of business including newly-established call centres.
Now in their third year, the District of Easington annual training and jobs fairs have proved popular.
The event is free to participants, and organisers are striving to make this year's event an even bigger success.
A spokesman for the district said: "This is an ideal opportunity for companies which are looking to recruit in the near future.
"It will enable them to seek out potential employees and to also promote themselves throughout the area.''
Anyone interested in taking part in the fair should contact Tasleem Baqir at the District of Easington on 0191-527 0501 extension 2381.
