TRADING standards officers seized pirate and pornographic videos being sold from a market trader's stall at a car boot sale.
More than 100 tapes and DVDs were confiscated from the stall operated by David Ames, in a supermarket car park in Park Lane, Sunderland.
Durham Crown Court heard that the titles included Slutty Japanese Housewives and Big and Busty Superstars.
Other videos were copies of popular films, such as Toy Story 2, The Blair Witch Project and Clockwork Orange.
Helen Gamble, prosecuting, said when examined, the copies of classified films were found to contain copyright marks which were copies of the legitimate trademark.
Ames, 30, of Pickering Green, Gateshead, admitted nine offences of selling unclassified videos under the Video Recordings Act and seven charges of breaching trademark legislation.
Julian Smith, for Ames, said he had never previously been in trouble and had "truly learned his lesson".
"There is no evidence that he has made a living or even a great deal of money from this activity," said Mr Smith.
Ames was sentenced to 60 hours of community punishment and ordered to pay £800 costs.
