A DANCE group from Kenya gave a colourful performance at Billingham's International Folklore Festival yesterday.
The Simba Ngona Lion Drum Troop performed in the festival marquee at John Whitehead Park.
There was also dancing and music from North America, Croatia, Hungary and the Ukraine in a show at the Forum Theatre, which took the audience "Around the World in 80 Minutes".
Today, at 2.30pm, dance and music groups from Moldova, Finland, Canada and Mexico will be performing in the park.
A gala concert tonight will include all the groups taking part at the festival.
A parade will bring Billingham to a halt at 2pm tomorrow, with a concert at 2.30pm. In the evening, the final performance will take place in the marquee.
which will include all the groups, the Billingham Silver Band and Folk Fiddlers from Darlington.
Later on, tomorrow evening spectators can watch a torchlight procession and fireworks display.
